November 12, face-to-face activity is suspended on the Gandia and Vera campuses

Given the meteorological alert situation in which we find ourselves, the UPV, in response to the proposal of the Self-Protection Committees of the Gandia and Vera campuses, has established the following measures:

On-site activity on the Gandia and Vera campuses is suspended, with only essential services and those necessary for the maintenance and care of the state security forces and bodies that occupy the spaces enabled on the Vera campus remaining active.

All activity on the Gandia and Vera campuses, including teaching support (such as libraries), administrative tasks, sports and cultural activities, volunteering and other non-essential work, will be carried out exclusively online or through teleworking, whenever possible.

Research: the continuity of research projects that require on-site activity and whose interruption may have a significant impact on the results and progress of said projects will be permitted.
For contracted personnel (CAE): the same suspensions apply.

Additional recommendations:
Take self-protection measures appropriate to each situation.
Stay informed through AEMET, 112CV and MeteoRuta.

These measures will come into force november 12th from 7:30 p.m. and will remain in place until the end of the rainy season is confirmed.

The UPV reiterates its commitment to the safety and well-being of the entire university community.

We appreciate the effort and collaboration of everyone, ensuring their self-protection. Stay informed through the official UPV channels for news and additional details.
